Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day exchange or refund from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or article change only, subject to stock availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or store credit

  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Orders returned without prior request approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
