These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers in Pakistan & World Wide who shop from Zalpha’s online store (“Site”).

  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt website operations
  • Not submit false or misleading information

3. Products & Availability

However:

  • Stock availability may change without notice

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on Zalpha are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online payment methods (if applicable)

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and delivery details.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

By choosing COD:

  • You must pay the full amount at the time of delivery
  • Orders with incomplete addresses or unverifiable contact details may be canceled
  • In some cases, we may call/SMS to verify your order before shipping
  • Repeated refusal to accept parcels may result in restrictions on future orders

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email
  • We may call to verify COD orders
  • Zalpha may cancel orders for reasons such as stock issues, unverifiable information, or suspected fraudulent activity

7. Shipping & Delivery (Pakistan)

We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Major cities: 5–7 working days
  • Other cities/towns: 8–10 working days

Zalpha is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Wrong address or contact information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to the customer being unavailable

Tracking details (if available) will be provided after dispatch.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zalpha Site — including designs, photos, logos, product images, text, and branding — is property of Zalpha.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without written permission.


10. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login information
  • Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility

Zalpha is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.


11. Limitation of Liability

Zalpha is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers
  • Misuse of products by the customer
